  This mixed media art course is a great way to learn and develop your drawing and painting and explore different mediums. In each session, your tutor will guide you in fun new arty exercises using a variety of mediums. You’ll get to try your hand at drawing and painting a variety of items from animals to portraiture. By the end of the course, you will have gained some fantastic new ideas and skills to inspire you.

  This Expressive Drawing course is a fantastic way to learn and develop your drawing with others in a fun filled environment. From drawing lions with coffee to drawing feathers using string the course will take you on a journey exploring different expressive drawing techniques.

   This is a great course for anyone who enjoys painting with watercolours or is itching to give it a go. Suitable for both beginners and improvers you will get to have a go at painting flowers, birds, animals, still life, and landscapes. You will explore different styles and watercolor techniques such as wet on wet, glazing and resists.

   Bring your sketches to life with splashes of colour. This workshop will show you how to create lovely sketches with pen and watercolours – it’s a wonderful way to document and create memories.

We will cover some sketching techniques, using a pen to sketch and how to add water colour paints to complete your sketch.

    In this workshop, you will learn, step by step, how to create a mixed-media contemporary landscape on canvas. Explore texture, colour, collage and painting to create your very own masterpiece.

    In this beginners’ book binding workshop we will make a junk journal from recycled items. This could be things like magazine pages, patterned paper, music sheets, envelopes, maps, paper bags, greetings cards to name just a few! It can be used like any other journal but is much more visual. Full of pockets, pull outs, and flaps they are often used for keeping a diary full of keepsakes or as an art journal.
